Job Summary

  • On behalf of our client, we seek to fill the role of an Admin Manager to effectively manage the activities of the Church and ensure efficient running of Church operations.

Job Description

  • Manage internal and external correspondences.
  • Oversee and coordinate the purchase/payment of utility items/services and any other materials.
  • Ensure that the Church facility is in prim, safe and conducive condition at all times.
  • Manage daily operations and maintain organisational supplies and records. • Actively participate and attend all programs/ events held by the organisation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • 2-5 years’ administrative / office management experience in a structured environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Program/ Project management experience is required Requirements
