Job Title: Technology Engineer
Location: Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Reports To: Plant Manager

Job Summary

  • Primarily responsible for the technology of the production line, can write technology card and CNC programmes for production.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to design, install, monitor, and develop manufacturing equipment and assembly lines.
  • Designing, developing, and installing plant control systems
  • Liaising with designers, researchers, and engineering consultants
  • Attending production meetings and forecasting production requirements
  • Calculate production costs that include equipment, time, and labor
  • Integrate the entire manufacturing process through technology
  • Analyze production rates to determine why a machine is not at peak performance
  • Document and file daily production results to aid production decisions by the management.
  • Write technology cards and CNC programmes for production
  • Producing maintenance schedule
  • Ensuring that systems are working correctly and identifying, investigating, and repairing any system faults
  • Ensure all programmes used in the production process deliver optimal results
  • Deploy technology to deliver the maximum volume of high-quality products to be produced at the lowest possible cost and in the shortest possible time.
  • Discussing and evaluating systems failures with plant manager and non-technical personnel
  • Overseeing the installation, repair and re-assembly of equipment
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC programmes.
  • Be up to date on the latest computer technology used in the threading process
  • Assist in designing the layout of the plant using computer-aided design/manufacturing software where necessary

Person Specification

  • B.Eng in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years’ cognate experience
  • Familiarity with latest trends in threading process
  • Proficient in the writing of technology cards and CNC programmes for the production process
  • Very knowledgeable of industrial mechanical and production systems
  • Ability to comprehend given instructions.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, mechanical documents, engineering drawings and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Reading, writing and general math skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Title: Project Analyst (Bid & Tender Analyst)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring the assembly of PPEs materials and consumables for all Projects.
  • Assist in the review of ALL tender documents and compile materials required for the bid.

  • Work with the Warehouse Officer and Team Leads to coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment to and from project site.

Required Competencies

  • HND / B.Sc qualification
  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Broad knowledge of the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

  • PMP Certification is an added advantage

Job Title: Senior Finance Officer
Location: Lagos

Overall Purpose of the Job

  • Provide support to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of Management Account.
  • Provide advance receipt/down payment schedule from customers and status on each assigned customer.
  • Supporting all financing transactions by compiling and tracking requests from prospective financiers.
  • Ensure all vendors exist in SAP
  • Ensure all payable related transactions generated are uploaded into SAP within 48 hrs after receiving the information/documentation.
  • Ensure all payables are captured and posted into SAP
  • Ensure all loans are tracked, exist in SAP and evidence of interest re-computation with bank charges available monthly.
  • Ensures all posting initiated in SAP have records that are traceable and easily retrievable
  • Ensure monthly cash projection and outgoing month’s cash flow performance are ready before the beginning of the new month.
  • Ensure weekly cash projection and outgoing weekly cash flow performance report are ready on the first day of a new week.
  • Manage the foreign payables spreadsheet
  • Ensure all banks accurate reconciliation report are available for sign off at work day 5 of every new month.

  • ICAN/ACA/ACCA certification is required. Candidates in-view (professional stage) will be considered.
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
  • Strong experience/knowledge in Financial Reporting, Tax and IFRS is required
  • Oil and Gas experience is an added advantage
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
