They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Proactively initiate and engage in sales calls to new prospects.
  • Ensuring hitch-free internal and external customer experience.
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements;developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Locate potential business deals by contacting potential clients;discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Interface with existing customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Seeking out new sales through cold calling and networking.
  • Timely report rendition
  • Build referral and lead generation network.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years experience.
  • Interest in Real Estate and Investment
  • Must be a resident in Lagos State.
  • Must be result-driven
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be ready to learn new things.
  • Internet knowledge is an added advantage
  • Must have the capacity to work under self supervision.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
