Summary:

Christian Aid is seeking qualified vendors to provide services in the areas listed below for the Covid 19 programme intervention in communities in the North East. The services of the eligible and prequalified vendors will be required immediately.

1 Hygiene kits 

• Including COVID 19 preventative items

Food packages 
Special Food Packages for Families with Malnourished Children, Pregnant and Lactating Women

Standard Food packages for all

Cash transfer providers  Across the country (vendors to specify their reach) Capacity to save large numbers consistently every month.

Truck rentals 
For the deep field transportation of relief items Dikwa, Mongunu, Maiduguri, hard to reach location in Kaduna, Benue, Plateau, Anambra, Sokoto (vendors to mention other locations they cover)

Water Trucking & Water Reservoir Structures

• For the deep field transportation of relief items Dikwa, Mongunu, Maiduguri, hard to reach location in Kaduna, Benue, Plateau, Anambra, Sokoto (vendors to mention other locations they cover)

Protective and sanitation 

• Hand gloves
• Nose masks
• Alcohol base hand sanitizers
• Automatic hand sanitizers
• Hand washing kits
• Non-contact head thermometers
• 0.1 – 1% chlorine

How to Apply:  Interested vendors are to submit the following to ngprocurement@christian-aid.org:

• A proposal including price list, package options as the case maybe for the different items
• Comprehensive company profile including verifiable address, active phone numbers & email addresses
• Evidence of certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)/VAT certificate
• Evidence of providing similar services to reputable organizations (Copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached)
• Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity
