Title: Private Banking Relationship Manager
Location: Abuja

JOB OBJECTIVE(S):

• To initiate, generate and review strategies, plans and procedures for the identification & acquisition of new accounts, generation and management of liabilities from High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients, towards meeting the liquidity needs of the organization through effective Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management, Product Development & Management. To fully comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to design, review, and implement business / marketing plan for liability generation from High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients to improve the Bank’s liquidity position.
• Market and sell all Group’s products and services in line with set budget targets and KPIs.
• Promote and ensure increase in customer acquisition, retention, and development through effective Relationship Management. • Implement the budget of assigned portfolio in line with Management approval.
• Meet annual goals and targets of assigned portfolio and continue to ensure the adequacy of services to facilitate the attainment of goals.
• Reactivate inactive accounts.
• Contribute to Strategically manage cost of funds to ensure acceptable margins for Wealth Management Abuja budgetary revenue attainment.
• Contribute to managing operating expenses.
• Make coordinated and effective marketing calls via physical visits, telephone, and ensure proper documentation of all marketing calls.
• Proactively manage clients to confirm rollover & negotiate rates for their maturing deposits / investments.
• Liaise with Platform Assistants for timely review and execution of customers’ maturities and requests.
• Execute all process flow effectively to ensure error-free transactions, and minimal turn-around time.
• Conduct on-going analysis of market conditions and customers’ requirements and inform Team Lead of same.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a robust control environment and the attainment of high audit standards.
• Ensure complete account opening documentation and close monitoring, and immediate regularization of all outstanding documents, KYC for all assigned portfolio.
• Contribute to the execution and success of WMG’s mapped out strategies to enhance performance levels; and comply with all service level standards.
• Maintain the highest standard of integrity and customer service delivery at all times
