  1. Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Address all employment relations issues
  • Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Workforce Planning and Employment
  • Analyzing job duties
  • Writing job descriptions

Requirements

  • A Degree / MSC in any HR related courses or HR certifications
  • Must have least 4 years working experience as HR Executive
  • 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relation
  • Must have strong HR skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary range
Negotiable

2. Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Receptionist)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Announcing clients as necessary
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative task including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms
  • Sorting and distributing mails
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Scheduling appointments.
