Job Title: Internal Audit Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

  • As Audit & Risk Officer, you will be responsible to provide critical support to the Business Assurance Department. In the provision of Risk Management and Internal Audit Services, helping accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • You will be required to execute allocated aspects of the auditing process while ensuring they are functioning with accuracy and compliance.
  • Your contribution will help us maintain high quality audits and make better strategic decisions for our business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Be in attendance in all risk assessment sessions and document risks identified and controls to mitigate risks
  • Be responsible for regular update of the Risk Register and follow with respective stakeholders on Risk closure within stipulated timeframe
  • Responsible for carry out Financial, Compliance and Operational audits as per the Risk Based Annual Audit Program.
  • Responsible for physical verifications and reconciliations to ensure VFM-Value for money
  • Work with external auditors during statutory Audit and provide report on the performance of the Audit to the Risk, Audit & Compliance Manager
  • Render necessary support during conduction of ISO standard management Audits.
  • Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct stock counts and fixed Asset verification as scheduled
  • Perform special investigations as may be instructed by the Risk, Audit & Compliance Manager
  • Follow up on the continuous implementation of ISO standards within the organization.
  • Conduct periodic spot checks in line with agreed spot check plan or as instructed by the Risk & Audit Manager
  • Responsible for liaison with other units and scheduling of Business Assurance meetings with other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization, including Senior Management
  • Carry out Business Assurance induction for new hires
  • Preparation of Audit reports on each Audit engagement and submission of same to the Risk & Audit Manager
  • Deliver relevant training and awareness sessions as may be determined by the Risk, Audit & Compliance Manager
  • Be in compliance with established Information security policies and other policies of the organization
  • Carry out other assignment as may be determined by the Risk, Audit & Compliance Manager.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline with 5 – 6 years work experience.
  • Membership of ICAN OR ACCA is a must or an active commitment to achieve same
  • Certification in IT System and Solutions Auditing and Cyber security will be an added advantage

Job Title: Head, Project & Customer Experience

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for the delivery of all projects and excellent service delivery to all the company support customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • He/She is ultimately responsible for achieving IT Horizons Limited’s goals of delivering quality projects and maintaining a consistence satisfactory experience with all support customers.
  • This will entail ensuring projects are delivered to time, on cost and quality for all IT Horizons present and future customers.
  • He/She will be responsible for ensuring the company chosen project methodology is abided by. He/She will give accounts on project cost, ensuring profitability.
  • He/She is also responsible for quality delivery and gives updates when required on status of project assigned. He/She will also take leadership in project delivery that includes both internal and external resource.

Job Duties

  • Establishes and monitors adherence to Head & Service delivery as well as planning & controls standards
  • Oversees the tracking, development, and implementation of innovations in Project Management, Service delivery and Quality Assurance
  • Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
  • Coordinates project activities of and external vendors to ensure services delivered consistently meet customers’ expectation.
  • Measure progress of work against weekly target, work/project scope and deliverable
  • Ensures the delivery of services to customers within the agreed scope of work and timeline.
  • Provide accurate documentation of project and services delivered to customers on the departmental online repository.

  • Reviews and tracks progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes
  • Works closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through proper communications to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Proactively works with the Finance Department to ensure all payments are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the company
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations for the Executive leadership
  • Trains, motivates, and supervises project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience working as a Project Manager in the ICT industry or ICT Consulting.
  • PMP qualified or another Project Management Certification (PRINCE II etc.) desirable.
  • Relevant management qualification or training.

Job Description

  • A Driver is a professional who drives clients/employees around in an efficient, safe and timely manner. In addition to maintaining regular cleaning services for their vehicle as well as managing payments on time each week/monthly cycle goes by; drivers also plan routes based on road conditions.
  • To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales team daily to their desired destinations and xclient site
  • Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean
  • Using navigation apps to determine the best route
  • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car

Requirements and Skills

  • A High School Diploma with 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Driver
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A clean driving record
  • Familiarity with GPS devices
  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
