We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Location:Â Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Check Availablity of Trucks
- Out-Source truck for loading
- Get Logistics Manager Approval on the cost
- Allocate Trucks to Fit Loading Plans
- Generate Job Order for loading With Detail of the Vehicle
- Request Road Expenses and trip allowance based on Job Order
- Send Loading Plan to Loading Officer to Commence Loading
- Send Vehicle Number to Tracking Officer
- Update Logistics Call Center once Truck Is loaded
- Ensure all signed dleivery note and invoice are handed to Account and Logisticc support to close Case
- Esnure Truck turn around time As per plan
- Escalate any delays to Planning Unit and Logistics Support Unit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 6 years of work experience.
