We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

  1. Talent Development & Engagement Manager
    Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Talent Development & Engagement Manager will handle the learning and professional development of our organisation’s workforce.
  • S/he will be responsible for equipping staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
  • The TD & E Manager will provide guidance and direction on the design and execution of all capability development programs, develop a robust evaluation process and access each development program to ascertain effectiveness
  • Key aspects of role holders’ responsibilities will be organizational capability development, career path planning, succession planning, talent review, employee engagement
  • The TD & E Manager will also be responsible for ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfil their potentials within the organization. S/he will be required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

  • A degree from any related course with at least 8 years cognate practical experience
  • Understands latest trend in capability development and capacity building
  • Certification in training would be an advantage (A certified trainer)
  • Strong business awareness combined with solid HR expertise
  • Proven experience in managing people and senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size, scope and complexity
  • English proficiency.

Relevant Experience:

  • Alternate Energy Business knowledge & experience
  • Project Management
  • Facilitation
  • Organizational management skill

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to develop or assess materials that will help employees understand subject matter. Must understand employees needs and judge what will work

2. Human Resources Assistant
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • To provide efficient, responsive and excellent administrative service to the Human Resources Function to support its ability to meet committed organizational goals.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

  • Applicant should have degree/HND in Management or Social Science
  • Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel and Word
  • Sound numerical and analytical skills will be an added advantage
  • Membership of CIPM or other related HR bodies.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 2 years working experience in HR in a structured organization
  • Relevant experience in selection process(es) and other employee support programs.

Other requirements (Behavioral etc.):

  • Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion / sound judgement
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail consciousness and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge and proficiency to at least intermediate levels in a range of office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • The Training Manager will handle the learning and professional development of our organisation’s workforce. S/he will be responsible for equipping staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
  • The Training Manager will also help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfil their potential within the organisation. The Training Manager will be required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
  • The Training Manager will either deliver the training personally or arrange for a third-party trainer to do it.

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

  • A degree from any related course with at least 7 years’ experience as a trainer
  • Understands latest trend in Training
  • Certification in training would be an advantage (A certified trainer)
  • Strong business awareness combined with solid HR expertise
  • Proven experience in managing people and senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering results in an establishment of comparable size, scope and complexity
  • Membership of HR professional body
  • English proficiency
