- Drive execution of Policy workshops and Townhalls

Qualifications & Pay
- Degree (First class or 2nd class upper preferred)
- 3+ years experience in HR generalist role
- Professional certification is a plus

Location: Lagos
Role Description
- Manage performance review process
- Lead target setting efforts
- Drive and provide administrative support for ongoing feedback (Daily Stand-ups, Weekly Priorities Check-ins, Monthly Feedback & Coaching, Quarterly 360 Reviews etc.)
- Develop & implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
- Create and / or update policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed
- Manage and execute events in the HR Calendar (Townhalls, Wellness Weeks, Offsites, Stay Interviews, Year-end Events)
- Drive HR Communication (Newsletters etc.)
- Act as a Frontline Shared Values Champion

- Train Managers and direct report on performance mgt.
- Track performance progress
- Complete 2 cycles of performance feedback
- Create/Revise/update Performance management policy

Qualifications & Pay
