Role Description

  • Provide professional & proactive HR administration support
  • Lead the execution of HR transactions
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Enforce compliance with local labour laws, regulations & corporate guidelines & Policies
  • Provide HR Data management
  • Support business leader in Talent Management
  • Employee Engagement & Culture building
  • Drive Performance Mgt.
  • People Ops Partner

Impact – 6 months

  • Implement an employee self-service help desk
  • Support implementation of HRIS
  • Drive timely and seamless execution of Performance Mgt. Processes
  • Drive execution of Policy workshops and Townhalls

KPIs

  • TAT on key HR transactions and processes
  • Error-free transactions
  • Error-free Payroll runs

Qualifications & Pay

  • Degree (First class or 2nd class upper  preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in HR generalist role
  • Professional certification is a plus

Location: Lagos

       Role Description

  • Manage performance review process
  • Lead target setting efforts
  • Drive and provide administrative support for ongoing feedback (Daily Stand-ups, Weekly Priorities Check-ins, Monthly Feedback & Coaching, Quarterly 360 Reviews etc.)
  • Develop & implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
  • Create and / or update policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed
  • Manage and execute events in the HR Calendar (Townhalls, Wellness Weeks, Offsites, Stay Interviews, Year-end Events)
  • Drive HR Communication (Newsletters etc.)
  • Act as a Frontline Shared Values Champion

       Impact – 6 months
