About NASIMS

The Federal Government of Nigeria established the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) Program of Nigeria in 2015 under the supervision of the National Social Investment Office. The Program was established to make sure that resources were distributed more fairly to vulnerable groups, such as children, youth, and women. The office has developed four programs to combat poverty and promote economic growth under President Muhammadu Buhari.

NPower

  • The Federal Government of Nigeria’s N-Power Programme is a job creation and skill development initiative. The Program is aimed at young Nigerians between the ages of 18 and 35, with the goal of assisting them in acquiring and developing life-long skills that would enable them to become practical solution givers in their communities and innovative players in domestic and global marketplaces.

Constrained Cash Transfer

  • The Conditional Cash Transfer Program directly assists the most vulnerable people by delivering cash with no strings attached to individuals in the lowest income bracket, thereby reducing poverty, improving nutrition and self-sufficiency, and promoting development through increased consumption.

Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP)

  • The Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme is a microlending investment initiative that gives enterprises to people at the bottom of the economic pyramid. Traders, women cooperatives, market women, industrious adolescents, farmers, and agricultural workers are among those who will benefit from the zero-interest loan.

National Home Grown School Feeding Program (NHGSFP)

  • The National Home Grown School Feeding Programme aims to provide a cost-effective home grown school feeding program with a specific focus on increasing school enrollment, lowering the incidence of malnutrition, particularly among the poor, empowering cooks, and supporting local agriculture through small holder farmers, thereby stimulating economic growth through the socioeconomic value chain. The major goal of the Program is to develop communities around the country by providing free school lunches made from food sourced from local smallholder farmers.

FG begins Payment of July Stipend | Npower Batch C Stream 1 July Stipend Payment news

Beneficiaries of the Batch C Stream 1 Npower Program are now receiving their July stipends through the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS).

When NASIMS announced on Friday that the July stipend payment had begun, it praised the Npower beneficiaries for their patience and assured them that their bank accounts will soon be credited.

The Batch C Stream 1 July Stipend is currently Pending on the profiles of many of the Batch C Npower Stream 1 Npower who verified their NASIMS Profiles via www.nasims.gov.ng.

The Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries should have received their July stipends by the end of the next week and be awaiting the August and final stipend payment to the Batch C Stream Npower Program.

The National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) continuity and sustainability bill was just passed by the Federal Executive Council, according to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development.

The Bill aims to create the National Social Investment Programme Agency for the management and execution of the National Social Investment Programs, according to Minister Sadiya Umar Farouk.

The measure will make room for subsequent Npower program batches, such as Npower Batch D, E, F, G, and H, when it is signed into law.

The ministry announced that the Batch C Stream 1 Npower Program ended in August 2022 while the 490,000 Batch C Stream 2 Npower beneficiaries are currently being deployed on Saturday, August 13, 2022, through the Minister’s SA on Media and Publicity, Nneka Ikem Anibueze.
