Title: Online Sales Manager

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Manage company’s websites, social media and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversion
• Conduct online campaigns and sales activities
• Promote company’s products online.
• Monitor all online sales activities.
• Propose strategies and budget for online marketing services.
• Develop campaigns and Marketing strategies.
• Respond to customer reviews
• Ensure prompt delivery of purchase made online, to customers.
• Report sales performance and cost per sale data to Top Management.
• Manage effective delivery services.
• Ensure all customers inquires are promptly addressed.
• Identify, qualify and contact potential.

Qualification / Skills

• B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3 years Online Sales work experience in related Role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication Skill
• Ability to work on Digital Marketing
• Sound understanding of E-Commerce.
