Job Profile
As a Platform Support Lead, a typical day might include the following:

  • Coordinate the platform support team.
  • Provide direct platform support.
  • Review and Resolve escalations and inquiries.
  • Evaluate team member performance.
  • Support Process development.

Requirements
You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • 3 years above experience as a customer support personnel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & Google Slides.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
  • Advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • If you are aware of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
  • Are adept at improving retention.
  • You can measure and improve NPS.
