As a Platform Support Lead, a typical day might include the following:
- Coordinate the platform support team.
- Provide direct platform support.
- Review and Resolve escalations and inquiries.
- Evaluate team member performance.
- Support Process development.
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- 3 years above experience as a customer support personnel.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets & Google Slides.
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
- Advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills.
- If you are aware of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Are adept at improving retention.
- You can measure and improve NPS.
