Job Title: Public Relations Manager

• Location: Lagos

Summary:

• This is a dynamic and engaging role where the candidate will oversee the management of all PR and Social Media for the brand. With the main focus Watches & Jewellery and luxury goods. The Public Relations Manager that will be responsible for promoting the Polo luxury image and specific products by ensuring maximum Watches & Jewelry editorial coverage in appropriate magazines, developing key messages for the Nigerian market, and creating and implementing effective press strategies that encompass national, regional, and online and print media outlets.
• Strengthen the marketing mix by designing, preparing, executing and analysing public relation programs and contents to achieve the marketing goals and objectives in line with the marketing plan
• Maintain and generate excellent relationships with press contacts
• Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
• Oversee the Press Coverage Summary Reports, as well as any reporting for seasonal initiatives and events.
• writing and producing presentations and press releases
• dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
• organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
• speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
• providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
• analysing media coverage
• commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
• liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives
