George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, a leading Fast Food in Victoria Island with different branches in Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Oniru – Victoria Island Annex, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Hospitality Sector

Job Duties

• To ensure that only products that meet the company’s quality standards are produced and delivered to customers.
• Organize the Food safety management System built-up of the company
• participate in the implementation of the duty and limits of authority in food safety and quality.
• make sure the standardized recipes are used in production.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Hospitality Management or any related course
• 2-3 years’ experience as Quality Control in the same sector
• Good Knowledge of LIFO and FIFO
• Good Cooking Skills
• Age: 25- 30 years
• Candidates must reside in Oniru, Victoria Island, Obalende, Iyano Woro, Gbagada, Adeola Odeku, Lekki phase 1, Law school, and its environs.

Remuneration

• N70,000 Monthly.
