HRLeverage Africa – Our client, a reputable Hotel in Magodo, Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Keep records of guests’ lodge and managing lodge bookings
  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 Monthly.
