We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Store Executive
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- Deliver consistent and quality customer service to all ntel’s customers
- Respond promptly toCustomer enquiries and complaints and provide necessary after-sales support.
- Identify and leverage cros-selling opportunities.
- Assist with Customer activations.
- Keep record of all Customer interactions (inquiries, comments and complaints), as well as details of actions taken.
- Maintian Customer database.
- Follow up on Customer interactions as required.
- Provide regular feedback on the efficiency of the Customer service process
- Prepare sales and other Customer service related reports.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
