We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day, incumbent will help develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders to generate revenue across emerging markets and outside of Africa.
  • You will lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful sealing of the partnership and /or sale.
  • Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success and Product) to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Report to the CEO/Sales Manager

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience selling to digital enabled companies
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Google Workspace
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Intense, strong, disciplined, self-motivated – to execute well in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience selling to startups
  • Have Customer Support experience
  • Have Business proficiency in French
