Job Title: Services and Solutions Team Lead
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The position reports directly to the Big Fleet Manager and is responsible for maintaining departmental compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• He will organize, implement, and direct vehicle maintenance operations and activities.
• In addition, the position incumbent performs the full range of managing the flow of day-to-day operations of the fleet technical team, supports team development, including training and evaluation of team members or cross functional partners to ensure success.
• Monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and shares with appropriate stakeholders.
• The candidate ensures safety and fleet performance over time, and compliance with statutory regulations and improving operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will manage the assignment and supervise the day-to-day aspects of the work and will work in line with the organization’s priorities 
• The performance measurement criteria of the ideal candidate include level of fuel consumption of fleet, productivity, fleet management and level of operating costs of fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related subjects.
• 5-7 years’ experience in fleet management, logistics and related roles in a technical, production and automobile companies. 
• Ability to multitask and maintain good time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team management
• Good customer relations.   
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Good ICT and social media skills
• Good Industry knowledge and experience
