Job Title: Sous Chef

Job Summary

  • The Sous Chef is responsible to assist theExecutive Chef for overall kitchen operation as a successful independentprofit center, ensuring maximumguestsatisfaction, through planning, organizing,directing, andcontrollingthe Kitchen operation andadministration.
  • Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while assisting in leading the staff and managing all food-relatedfunctions. Also, assists in supervising all kitchen areas to ensure consistently, high-quality products are produced.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
