Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The talent acquisition specialist will conduct administration of recruitment activities including reviewing the job requisition, determining the best method to source candidates, activating appropriate sourcing channels, screening candidates using application reviews and telephone interviews, short-listing candidates, coordinating interviews for Line Managers, communicating feedback and other information to candidates, advising relevant departments and new employee on “Day One” activities.
- Ensure efficient administration of the whole recruitment process
- Oversee all recruitment process activity to ensure the service is delivered to in-country departments/ customer.
- Act as the main contact for recruitment administration to in country needs
- Oversee all recruitment activities.
- Co-ordinate collection, collation and reporting of recruitment deliverables.
- First escalation point within the organization for any recruitment related issues.
- Manage/administer employee referral systems, internal Recruitment adverts and similar
- internal processes.
- Oversee employee on-boarding process.
- Oversee manpower planning process.
Qualifications
- University Degree from an Accredited University.
- Minimum of 6 years’ working experience in a similar role. 2 years at a senior supervisory level.
