Job Description
- Business development & Sales
Corporate sales:
- Generate the leads by visiting the corporates , banks, private organizations , dispatch & delivery companies and Government Institutions
- Build large data base of organizations, maintain continuous relationship key decision making executives.
- Product briefing, key feature & benefit demonstration to key decision markers in respective corporates & Institutions
- Showcase the motorcycle at the door steps of corporates & Institution and offer test rides to complete product experience process
- Leverage the large pool of leads and relationship to covert the leads in to sales
- Sales Promotions & BTL activation:
- Display & Test ride activation in Malls, Super markets & colleges.
- Visit & Build relationships with Bikers club, riding schools & motor cycles riders association.
- Conduct test ride activation and other promotional activities with riders club and riding school
- Initiate cross promotional activation with other corporates like FMCG, Telecom and lubricant organizations.
Desired Candidates Profile
- Minimum of a B.Sc / graduate in Engineering (technical back ground)
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales of motocycle
- Strong outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to ride motorcycle or ready to learn
- High level of motivation and 100% field working.
