Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst (Process Specialist)

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Champion business process management and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure all operational/business process are clearly defined, authenticated and documented.
  • Model and redesign business processes and operational workflow keeping track of where cost can be better optimized along with the workflow.
  • Ensure projected cost savings on process improvement initiatives are tracked, captured, validated and efficiently applied in line with organizational objectives.
  • Document desired organizational change and specific measures for the monitoring and management of change objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly corporate performance review meetings.

Requirement/ Qualifications

  • A first degree in any management discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Six Sigma/Lean certification and project management certification is desirable

Job Title: Finance Intern

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the finance team with research, filing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assist the finance team in collating and dispersing invoices, receipts and bank statements.
  • Provide and submit reports on documents collated.
  • Responsible for reconciling differences on invoices and receipts received against forecasted invoice and receipt expected.
  • Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be resident in Lagos State.
  • OND in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

  • Administering all aspects of the accounting function including payroll processing for transmittal to the payroll service, financial reporting and month end close.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
  • Provide inputon weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports to senior management
  • Prepare a monthly reconciliation of all payments received on billing using thebilling reconciliation template.
  • Prepare required journal entries after each inflow onacontract for the purpose of recording deductions frominvoice in line with payment received.
  • Submit monthly schedule oftrade and other receivables aging analysis for the purpose of ensuring that all receivables are duly recovered.
  • Assist in financial analysis of various business initiatives and performance (debtors and creditors schedule; fixed assets schedule).
  • Prepare monthly closing accounts including GL journal entries
  • Provide input on monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

Requirements

  • Must be resident in Lagos State.
  • BSc / HND in Accounting or Finance.
  • A registered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
  • Understanding of moderately complex accounting concepts and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS.
  • Computer applications (MS Office).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Finance function.
