  1. Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (DSE)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition through sale of the bank’s products and services
  • Driving liability balances of accounts opened
  • Bundling electronic products
  • Cross selling of bank product and services
  • Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing events e.g. NYSC, Trade Fairs
  • Provide sales leads for Team Lead, Supervisors and Branch Managers
  • Ensure consistent high quality service delivery
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect

Requirements

  • OND, HND, BSc. in any field
  • Must not be more than 32 years old
  • Must have a flair for Direct Sales/Marketing
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Very smart and articulate.

2. Job Title: Transaction Officer

Location:
 Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
  • Informing customers about bank products and services.
  • Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information are accurate and complete.
  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
  • Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
  • Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
  • Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Requirements

  • HND in any field (Distinction & Upper Credit)
  • Cash handling experience
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
